We are constantly looking for stores (online and physical) throughout Europe. Contact us and receive dealer information. Of course only if you have a VAT number.
Can I also pay with Ideal, Bancontact or Credit card?
Yes, you can pay with all payment methods. Ideal, Bancontact, Giropay, Credit Card (Mastercard and Visa card).
If you just want to transfer, that is also possible.
To which countries do you deliver?
We deliver to all countries in Europe. Everything is shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. So take a few shipping days into account.
Do I have to sign for receipt?
If you choose shipping with a tracking code (outside the Netherlands), you must sign for receipt. If you are not at home, the postman usually comes again the next day.
Note: shipments in the Netherlands are always with tracking code. For letterbox packages (up to 5 boxes) it goes through the letterbox and you do not have to be at home.
Is the product name on the shipping label?
No, the packaging states Natural Trading International as the sender so that it is not visible which product it contains. The invoice is included in the packaging.
